Getting fit and staying fit is not easy. Working out on your own or with a friend has its benefits but very few people really know how to use their time effectively.
We believe that, when it comes to fitness training, everyone can benefit from personalized attention. We think it's the best way for you to reach your full potential .
Group training makes personal fitness training affordable. Now you can get fit. Now you can stay fit...for a fraction of what it costs for a one-on-one trainer.
Available for the athlete training for a specific goal or sport. Endurance, strength, explosive and mobility training all available.
Shorter, but more intense, than group fitness training.
Corporate partnership program - If three or more people from the same company sign up together, you can qualify your company for our corporate partnership program. All employees get two additional free weeks of group training when purchasing programs of 12 weeks or more. Corporate identification required.
Installment purchase program - We have installment purchase programs available.

No membership or sign up-fees are required. Simply purchase one of our training packages for one affordable price. During the term of your training package, you can use any of our available state-of-the-art equipment in the cardio room during non-training hours.
Group training is our principal focus. Groups generally
range in size from four to eight people. Training sessions
last approximately 45 - 60 minutes and include both strength
and aerobic training. Groups are organized based on fitness
goals (weight loss, strength training, toning). We discuss each client's goals during a free consultation and workout session. Once a client's goals are established, we develop a complete fitness plan designed for that individual.
Each program includes three training sessions per week, M-W-F or Tu-Th-Sa. (Senior programs include two sessions per week.) The times and intensity of each activity during each session are personalized to best fit the specific group of clients scheduled at that time.
One of our goals is to make cardio fun. We are equipped with some of the most advanced pieces of fitness equipment on the market and combine them with fitness techniques of interval training and speed and agility training.
Group training sessions are sold in packages of 4, 8, 16, 28 and 52 weeks. We will train you for as little as $25 per hour! Installment purchase programs and corporate packages are also available.

Personal one-on-one training sessions are also available. We work with you to design a unique training program that helps you achieve your fitness goals in a personalized setting.
The intensity and duration of one-on-one training sessions will depend on your fitness level and the goals you are trying to achieve.

FPF offers sport-specific training to developing athletes who need access to a broad range of equipment and personal attention. Explosive, endurance and agility coaching are all available.
Athletes are teamed up into groups of four or five depending on the sport. These sessions are more intense, but shorter in duration, than our group fitness sessions. Programs are offered in 4-week and 8-week blocks.

Full Potential Fitness operates a well-maintained and well-furnished 3,600 square-foot facility located in the Clock Tower Plaza in Palatine, Illinois. We are open Monday through Friday 5 am to 9 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.
The Cardio section is outfitted with the most up-to-date and goal-specific equipment available. Clients use treadmills, stationary bikes, the Viper (rope climbing machines that allow users weight to be adjusted up or down to change the difficulty for each use) and Jacobs Ladder (a ladder climbing machine that literally simulates climbing a ladder) as a circuit to maximize their cardio experience.
The Strength-training section is outfitted with all of the necessary weights and machines to allow you to fulfill your fitness potential under the watchful eye of one or more of our trainers. Much of this equipment is similar to that typically found in a gym; yet, our facility includes the highest quality available since we have picked only the best pieces from the best manufacturers.
Locker and changing room facilities have individual lockers for our clients to use while they are training, as well as counter space to clean up and seating areas to relax after their sessions.
